How To Book
Tickets can be booked free of charge by phone or in person during box office opening hours. We accept Delta, Maestro, Electron, Solo, Visa and Mastercard. Payment can also be made by cheque. If you would like your tickets to be posted to you there is a 50 pence charge for this.
In person
The box office is open 10.00a.m. – 5.00p.m. Monday to Fridays with later opening until after the show begins on performance evenings. The Box Office is also open on Sundays between 11.00a.m. and 4.00p.m.

Call our box office direct on 01506 433634. If you call outwith normal opening hours, please leave a message on our answering machine and we'll call you back as soon as possible.
Online
Tickets for events at the Regal can be purchased via West Lothian Council's website.
Open www.westlothian.gov.uk and click What's On on the left hand navigation list, enter the name of the show in search or the date of the show on calendar. Click on the event and then the green button and follow the instructions.
Reservations
Bookings will be held for 3 days and may be released for sale if payment is not received within that time.
Concession tickets
Available to senior citizens, children under 16 (except when the event is specifically for that age group), students, unwaged, those in receipt of income support, disabled people and their helpers. Please have proof of eligibility when collecting tickets.
Access
An induction loop system for use with hearing aids is available in part of the auditorium. We can accommodate up to 6 wheelchairs in the theatre and have ramped access to the bar and adapted toilet facilities.
Please advise the Box Office of your requirements when booking as wheelchair spaces must be reserved.
Refunds & Exchanges
We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged except in exceptional circumstances. Unwanted tickets can be offered for resale when a performance sells out.
Please note that latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable point in the performance, which may in some cases be the interval.
The management reserves the right to alter or amend the programme or artists as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
