Lawyer Michael Clayton ( an Oscar-nominated George Clooney) is a fixer for a large law firm, cleaning up any dirty dealings. When a complex lawsuit is threatened by the mental collapse of its main litigator (Tom Wilkinson), Clayton, who has huge financial and personal problems of his own, is drafted in to ensure the case does not go off the rails. Also featuring an Oscar-winning performance by Tilda Swinton, "Michael Clayton" is a tense, slowburning thriller.
