Hire charges
We off competitive fees for regular bookings by voluntary groups and commercial hires.
There are additional charges for some services.

Cancellations
Please let us have as much advance notice as possible if you have to cancel. Should an event be cancelled by the lessee within 14 days of the event, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 2 month of the event, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
